This notice covers the information you give when you use the request access form on this website. It does not cover the AsBuilt HQ app itself.

What we collect

Your email address (required).
Your name, company and role, if you choose to give them.
The time of your request.
Your browser's user-agent text (for example, the browser name and version).
A one-way scrambled form (a salted hash) of your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself. We use the hash only to limit how many times one network can submit the form.

To contact you about access to AsBuilt HQ, and to keep the form from being abused. We do not use it for anything else.

In a database hosted by Cloudflare, which also serves this website. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.

Until your request has been handled, and in any case no longer than 12 months after you submitted it.
